Terms of use

We want everything to be clear and open. Please read these terms before using Aramis services.

  • Aramis is a complementary medical service; we do not replace your obstetrician.
  • The final decision about whether to have an epidural always rests with the obstetrician and the anesthesiologist.
  • What we share on the site or on WhatsApp is general guidance, not a personal medical prescription.
  • Any medical procedure, including the epidural, is carried out only in partner hospitals and by experienced specialists.
  • Your personal information is entirely confidential, in line with our privacy policy.
  • Using our services means you accept these terms.
  • The website content exists purely for awareness and simple education.
  • Nothing on the site replaces advice from your own treating physician.
  • Quoting or republishing site content is permitted only with attribution to AramisFamily.com.
  • Any misuse of the site's content is subject to legal action.
  • The first consultation, by WhatsApp or phone, is free.
  • Answers at this stage are general guidance and do not replace an in-person medical visit.
  • Performing an epidural requires coordination with the obstetrician and the partner hospital.
  • Aramis may decline to provide the service in particular medical situations, for example where there is a contraindication.
  • Stories are published only with the mother's consent.
  • Anonymous publication is available.
  • A mother can request removal of her story at any time.
  • Stories may be used for education or awareness, without any identifying details.

Aramis is responsible for:

  • providing simple, clear and current scientific information;
  • performing epidurals only through qualified anesthesiologists;
  • protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data.

The user, whether mother or family, is responsible for:

  • giving accurate information about their medical and pregnancy status;
  • coordinating with the obstetrician and the relevant hospital;
  • accepting that Aramis plays a complementary role and does not replace the treating physician.
  • Aramis gives no guarantee of a one-hundred-percent outcome for an epidural or a delivery.
  • Any possible complication, however rare, is part of the nature of medical intervention and must be accepted through the mother's informed consent.
  • Aramis is not liable for incorrect information supplied by the user, or for interruptions in internet connectivity.
  • These terms may be updated from time to time.
  • The date of the latest change is shown at the bottom of the page.
  • Continuing to use the site or the services means you accept the new terms.
